new smoker from mi

Hello everyone. . I'm new to smoking so I wanted to make my own smoker just to start at the very beginning. . So I made one from a 55gal drum and used a propane tank for a side hot box.. now I'm hoping to find a little help.. and maybe help someone else along the way.. thanks
