Have had my Landmann 3895GWLA for almost 2 weeks now, but between hurricane Sandy and work haven't yet lit her up. I have Monday and Tuesday off and plan on starting with this 11# pork shoulder I picked up today.
Big Y had a sale, $1.29 per lb on these whole shoulders. That's not bad right?
Hopefully my order from Todd comes earlier in the day on Monday so I can start trying out all the A-MAZE-N products I ordered. Maverick ET-732, 12" tube, mini torch, peach, cherry, and apple pellets. I will post better pics of all the toys and my first smoke soon guys!
