New smoker And member from Nashville Tn

Hi fellow members i have a dyna glo smoker my kids gave me a Christmas gift and since then i have managed do anything and everything with this smoker but actually smoke a single thing that was remotely edible. I have read all the "HOW TO" and feel like i get the concept of how to use it but with a little help from my new member friends here hoping i can eventually actually impress some people
