It’s funny how certain menu items can bring back memories of people. A few months ago, I had dinner at this fantastic spot among the restaurants in Sydney called Pont Dining Room. They had this incredible seafood dish that immediately reminded me of my uncle, who was obsessed with fresh oysters. It felt like I was having dinner with him all over again. The ambiance was amazing too – so cozy yet modern. It's one of those places where you feel like you've discovered a hidden gem.

Did you order it? I like to order a relleno sometimes because they are great and a pain to make at home properly.

With a name like that, he will be forever immortalized, especially in Mexican restaurants!
