New MES30 and to SMF

Hello all, I just spent the last 3 hours reading posts while my new MES30 is seasoning. Lots of great posts and recipes.
I live in Western Massachusetts and new to smoking. I have grilled all my life, and enjoy making jerky in a dehydrator.
Looking forward to smoking jerky. Thanks for having a forum to welcome new enthusiasts like me, and answer beginners questions.
