Hey evrryone, I'm Mac. I live in Tulsa Ok. And recently got a new 40" Masterbuilt electric smoker for my B-day. Just starting to use it and figuring this stuff out. Who knew there were sooooo many different recipies for every possible type of meat. But I guess the fact that I found a forum suggest that I've got questions. I look forward to some advice and tried and tested recipies.
