Hello my fellow smoking guys and gals. I have a cook shack electric smoker,a stick burner offset smoker, & like am in the process of custom building my offset reverse flow with warming box on a trailer. I live in Newnan GA & like have been smoking meats, cheeses, vegies, & side dishes for about 30 years. Looking forward to being a member of this group. There is no such a thing as a dumb question in my book. That's how we all learn. Enough said. Now SMOKE ON SMOKERS
