Hi, I'm from Iowa and I use a smoke hollow propane smoker. I'm new to this site but I have been smoking meat for a couple years now.

Yesterday I smoked a Boston butt. Smoked it for 13 1/2 hours and let it rest. Needless to say it was phenomenal!
