Hello fellow smokers!

I am new to smoking (since Christmas), but have created several successful smoked meat meals already with my Camp Chef 22" Smoke Vault. I am from Elgin, Illinois, married with two adult sons (still looking for the right girls). We are college graduates; I am semi-retired, self employed and my wife recently retired.

I find the member contributions very interesting and helpful and hope to get familiar enough with smoking to be a contributor in the future. Keep Calm and Smoke!

Welcome from Florida! I've been smoking about a year now and have learned a lot from this site, but still have a lot to learn. It's a ton of fun smoking and conversing with other smokers out there. This is the best place for smoking info you'll ever find. Welcome to the site and happy smokin', David.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
