Good morning from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Found this site googling info for my first smoked turkey this weekend. Got a Masterbuilt 30" electric for Christmas and loving it. Think I have a pretty good bead on brisket and pork but the first rib foray wasn't good (I'm blaming the meat!). Ordered Jeff's rub recipe and can't wait to try that.
