Hello all,

My name is Jim and I live in Houston, Texas.

Have been into grilling and outdoor cooking for many years and we just bought our

first smoker for a Christmas present. We got a Yoder Cheyenne. Seasoned it Friday night and

smoking some pork tenderloins on it today for the trial run.
