  1. Hi from San Antonio, Tx.  I just joined today.  I am new to grilling & smoking.  I have studied the site a lot & felt I could learn a lot from the members.  I have a Weber Kettle & Weber SM.  I look forward to learning from all of you.

    Hi Sam!  Sounds like you are loaded for bear with a Weber Kettle and WSM!!!!

    I have both myself and that is truly all you need to produce world class BBQ.
