Hey everyone! My name is Aaron located in EPTX, father of 2 beautiful kids and married to beautiful woman. Last year was the year I started getting into BBQ'ng. I helped launched the "Grilling Academy" tour for Weber for the entire year and learned so much about grilling. Unfortunately this year I decided to finish my education and could not return to the Grilling Academy Tour. After my tour ended last year, I realized how much I enjoyed grilling. As I continued to grill and grill I decided to step up my game and started to smoke.I have about a year and a half experience of smoking meats. I do have to say... even my wife is now impressed with my grilling skills. But anyways, I'm here to learn from you all and also help others. I'm a big Weber fan and use nothing but Weber grills.

I'm also a big Weber fan.

I have the same 3 smokers you have + a Weber kettle, and a Weber Genesis.
