Hey Team,
I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago looking for tips on using my AMAZEN tube, as well as in anticipation in getting a pellet grill for XMAS. Lo and behold, on the big day, my wife gifted me a Davy Crockett. It's small, but probably one of my favorite gifts I have ever received. Anyway, I broke it in with a Prime Rib that night and 3-2-1 ribs yesterday. Love the results thus far. Look forward to learning more as well as making some brisket and pulled pork in the near future.

Happy to see a fellow Sacramentan. She really enjoyed the ribs and my daughter absolutely loves it when I get the Davy Crockett out for a smoke.
