Hello all. I'm excited to join the ranks of fellow smokers. My wife got me a Masterbuilt gas smoker for Xmas, and I've just finished seasoning it. I've already read about sealing it, lining the chip pan with foil, and getting a better thermometer. If anyone has any additional advice I'm happy to listen.
