Been reading a few post on this forum for at least, 6 months to a year.

Been doing a bit of long and slow BBQ, some smoking. Started with a Weber long way back.
Whole turkeys, whole fish, even had it out in the snow doing BBQ in the winter time.
Done homemade bread, pizzas and so on. Still compared to what I see some of you do, I have a lot to learn.

Moved from Norway to the Philippines, have to adapt an do things differently, have been using a normal grill with some homemade heat restriction to be able to make smoked bacon and the BBQ I like, but it is a not perfect setup, so started on my own reverse stack building project.
So let's see how it goes.

Welcome to SMF From Fort Worth, Tx.! I too started out in the snowy, cold frigid north, to moving down here to the equatorial south!
