Meat Mopper
Original poster
Just created my smokingmeatforums.com account and submitted a Premier Membership transaction.  Been checking out this forum for a couple of weeks and like what I see/read.  Really appreciate the friendly advice.  My current outdoor cooking equipment consists primarily of a Weber Genesis propane grill, a Brinkman Electric smoker, and a small Weber Smokey Joe grill.  Have been bbq'ing for 30 plus years but just basic grilling and smoking.  Since my introduction to this sight I have acquired Todd's AMNPS, AMNTS, and Maverick ET-732 Remote Smoker Thermometer.  Have 4' of his 20" wide QMATZ and a bunch of pellets on order at this moment.  Love Todd's products/advice.  Have cold smoked several blocks of cheese and some hard boiled eggs using the AMNPS with half maple & half cherry pellets.  The eggs were outstanding.  The cheese has been vacuum sealed and in the fridge for 7 days now.  Gonna give the cheese another 7 days before trying it out.  Hot smoked a dozen brined chicken thighs using the AMNTS with hickory pellets a couple of days ago and am very happy with the results.  Would like to say thanks for having me and I look forward to continued participation and use of the sight!
