New member in Boynton Beach, FL

Howdy,

My name is Layne and I live in Boynton Beach, FL. I'm originally from San Antonio, TX and just moved here a couple of months ago. I've been lurking on the forums for a couple of months and finally decided to join. I miss the great BBQ in Texas (especially Rudy's) and figured i'd learn how to make my own. I bought a Char Griller Smokin Pro offset smoker several years ago that I let turn into a rust bucket. I brought it with me to Florida and have been restoring and modding it for the past month since I don't have much better to do here at my new home. It's about complete so I plan to post pics soon.

Anyways, thank you for all of the great tips i've already received from this forum. It has been informative and inspirational.
