Hey guys/gals, just checking in and introducing myself. I picked up a 40in masterbuilt smoker last night from Sams club. Hope to give you guys some updates once I get going, and I'm sure I will be leaning on you guys for information, along with what works, what doesn't, and of course, some of your favorite rubs and finishing sauces...
