Hey everybody new member from Wisconsin my names Devon and I'm 23 years old. I love eating barbecue, but never really got into making it until a couple months ago and now I'm hooked. I bought a cheep offset smoker and I wanted something better so for my final school project I'm building my own smoker came here looking for knowledge and advice thanks hope to hear from everyone.
