New Member from Texas

Hello Everyone!

My name is Jeff from Allen, TX (just north of Dallas). I bought a Green Egg last year when we moved into our new house and absolutely love it. I had never smoked or BBQ meats like Ribs, Brisket and Turkey and now that is all I think about. I'm hooked.

I've read a few posts here and decided to jump into the fray. Looking forward to learning more from everyone.
