New member from Ohio

    I am just dropping in to say hey to all of those that have been on this forum for some time.  I am new here, but have had a smoking habit for quite a while.  Ribs, Brisket, pulled pork, fatties (most particularly bacon explosion), venison tenderloin, pork loin, and bacon are all things I have made thus far.  I am here to learn and share information, so raise a glass and let the fun begin.

    Welcome To SMF there Random. You'll like this place for there are alot of really good folks here that would just love to help you with anything to do with smoking.     I screwed that one up.  I should have been on top of my game last weekend.  I smoked 35lbs of pork butt and a couple racks of ribs.  Turned out great, but didn't have my camera handy.  I will make sure I do next time.  I am sure i can dig up some past projects though.
