Hello everyone, I'm a new member from Louisiana. I guess you could say I'm a Bama fan stuck among the CAJUNS!!! LOL! I've been bbq'n for 25+ years on the backyard/patio level. As most here probably are, I'm a bbq "nut" and love the art of smoking meat. It has been a great relaxing hobby of mine for years and I've met some great people along the way. Good to be here!

If you are a back yard bbqer you are certainly welcome here. We all share info and experiences, if you need answers someone here will have it along with solid advice. BAMA and coonass is a pretty good mix in my opinion. All my ancester were from Arkansas/East TX and N Louisiana.
