Hi all,

Been smoking meats for 10 years and grilling for 25.  Have a 22 year old Signature Series Weber (propane), a 6 year old Weber kettle grill and am the proud new owner of a Louisiana Champion Pellet Smoker I just picked up from Costco.

I will give a review of the Champion tomorrow after I'm done smoking ribs and some pork belly.
