Hello All,

I've been smoking meat for 5+ years now, but have never had a chance to join this forum even though I come to this forum all the time to read everyone post as well as getting advice from the reading.  I'm currently have a Char-Broiler Smoker with a side fire box.  I've done some modification to the smoker after reading everyone post.  The smoker work like a champ after the modification.  I've done so many meats on there including Beef Ribs as well as Brisket.  They all turn out awesome.  Below are some picture of what I did over the weekend.  Beef Ribs, Chicken, Roasted Potato, and Puerto Rican Rice (with the help of my Puerto Rican Friend's Recipe).

Hello, welcome to you.

Wow, that's quite a spread, you have there.

Darn good looking food too.

Point to you, Sir.

Keep at it, you're doing fine.

Have fun.
