Hello! My name is Tom, but everybody calls me T-Bone. I live in Canton, Ga., & have been grilling for over 35 years. I am a former auto technician that stills enjoys tinkering with stuff once in a while. I am now the owner/operator of a stump grinding company. After many years of using crappy gas grills, I finally purchased an XL Big Green Egg in January and have been cooking on it daily.
