Hello all, I am from Ga. have been smoking for about 5 yrs. Been competing for 3 yrs. I use verticle homemade unit, 2 Bubba kegs, a uds, and my work has just picked up the Memphis Grills line of pellet cookers. I hope to pick up some useful tid bits about smoking , and maybe I will be able to add to the discussions as well
