New member from Bolivia

Hello SMF...I lived in S. CAL 30 yrs and recently moved to South America..love smoking stuff...I built a UDS few months ago and friends and family fell in love with the pork ribs and brisket recipes I made...I want to start a small and unique smoked sandwich kiosk to start here and would like some advices such a gas smoker plan that I can build myself... I hope for some guide....God bless you all...David

Hello Submariner..sure I will send some pictures of my UDS....there is not much of authentic bolivian smoked food other than sausages..but there is a lot of other dishes that I can share with..take care
