Well we gotta start somewhere right?

From Susanville now live in Cameron Park - norther California

Built a UDS last year and love it! I am learning a bunch

Love propane, charcoal, and now am trying my luck at electric (brinkman red torpedo lookin thing)

it is hard for me not to buy dilapidated bbqs at yard sales

First time i ever smoked  salmon it came out great

the draw of cooking on a bbq realistically stems from not wanting to do dishes right?

Christ has given me a blessed life. God is good and i enjoy good eats, drinks, stories and sometimes people

The Irish will eat anything that is a vehicle for butter

I love the whole spectrum from Guinness to Pabst

I rarely beat my dad at horseshoes or  Cribbage
