I'm 41, and have never smoked before. I just bought a cheap smoker from Wal-Mart to learn. Thanks. I hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday.

Just got a cheap Char-Broil off set smoker. My wife wouldn't let me Get a good one until I knew what I was doing.
