Hi. Im in Columbia SC. Been smoking fairly heavily the last few months since acquiring a vertical propane Masterbuilt. My sparerib 3-2-1 hr method works great, but how much do I adjust that for smaller babybacks? Also, Id like to try a unique non-normal homemade sauce tomorrow. Any tips? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!  Try 2-2-1 for the babybacks.  I smoke mine for 4-5 hrs with no wrap at 225-250.  Good luck!  Glad you joined us.

I just let the BB's stay on the grate, no foil, until they hit 195 IT.
