Hi All,
My name is Dirk and I live in Rio Rancho NM. I am 65 years old and thought I would give smoking a second try as a hobby. I tried smoking many years back when living in SoCal and I had a Propane smoker that I gave up on. I recently bought a Masterbuilt 30 inch Digital smoker. I am looking forward to learning and sharing not only smoking tips but the forum itself. This is only the second time I have joined a forum and hope I don't break any kind of etiquette. The only other one was a motorcycle forum and I got out after only a short while because it was frequented by a lot of negative people who seemed to want to do nothing but insult and degrade. Well I have some questions already but will save them for the "smoking section" ;)
