Hello from Northeast Ohio. Sorry I asked a question yesterday before stopped here and introduced myself. I am just an amature griller/smoker that likes to cook. Maybe it gives me a good excuse to hang outside and have a Whiskey and Cigar, either way I look forward to exploring this forum.
