how are all you smokers doing ! been reading this forum off and on for a few weeks it helped answer some questions I have had ! smoked cheese pepparoni and eggs yesterday! going to do 5 pounds of chicken drumsticks today for football sunday! my name is john live in western pa and I am retired. the wife bought me a materbuilt 40 smoker for Christmas last year, absolutely love it. use it at least once a week often two or three times a week! enjoy reading and the threads and getting ideas!
