I'm Alan and I'm new to this and to smoking. My wife got me a charcoal ECB a few months back and I've been trying to smoke anything that will stand still long enough! So far I e only done a couple chickens, a pork loin, and a prime rib. I'm happy to be here and looking forward to all that everyone has to offer or share! Thanks!!!
