Just got my first smoker. Been doing cast iron in the firepit and wanted some new challenges.

relax, grab a drink, put your feet up and start looking around. The search engine is huge, there are always others with a smoker like yours, and a million ways to smoke any food to deliciousness! But always remember that there is many ways here to skin a cat, so remember to respect the others guys opinion even when you know you are right and of course they are not....LOL With an open mind you'll be amazed what is possible.

Dig around in the search engine, start a thread about what you'd like to try, people will enjoy offering assistance, then process the help formulate a game plan and remember to take lots of pictures so we can see how much fun you're having. Before long you'll be bringing you own personal flair and we will all want to try your ideas. Everyone helps, everyone learns and everyone teaches, but most importantly even in failure everyone inspires.

Looking forward to seeing your smoke.

Remember that Patience is the key, and everyday you smoke is beautiful.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
