I was over at my buddies house for a party, he was smoking ribs for all of us. The art of it all captivated me. We talked about it on and off for a few hours. I haven't gotten my smoker yet but the one I did order is a dyno glo 1176. I'd like a few tips on how you recommend going about the preseasoning
