Hi,

I joined a while back and have been lurking, picking up good advice and I am about to start my first big build. I am in Delaware, but originally from NJ, but my smoking experience comes from my father-in-law who was from Texas so I know brisket is king. I started out on a 35 gallon that I cut in half and learned a little welding on but it rusted out and I have been doing most of my smoking on weber kettles, I have a performer which I love, and a 26" which had me chasing my tail for a while but now I love. I have had a 275 gallon in the yard for too long so I am looking to step up my smoking game and I will be posting a thread looking for some advice. Thanks in advance.
