Just got my first smoker put together. Purchased a Oklahoma Joe Highlander. Just came across your Forum for advice about seasoning the smoker. So I'm in process of doing that now. I've been bbqing in a huge Weber all my life but never smoked or used a smoker before. So this is uncharted waters. Looking forward to advice and recipes.
