New here and ready to make the next step

Cooked all my life. Kill my own beef kill 2-300 hogs a winter and cure my own hams bacon and such but never been around the smoking/BBQ stuff much although I like it. So I'm looking to upgrade my Stuffer and get a decent smoker and so forth. Hope to learn and help others too. Didn't realize this place was on tapatalk.
