Thanks in advance to all I live in missouri and enjoy BBQ ing and bass pro had a electric smoker on sale day after thanksgiving and my wife desided I need it so I have seasoned it already and tried it I a deer front quater and found it needed more time and had little smoke taste
 
welcome aboard! you might want to stop in for the free 5 day course from Jeff.  what temps were you running on the smoke, what type of wood were you useing?? you also should update your profile so we know what part of the country you are and then responses could be more relevent to your area. and also keep this in mind we all love pictures....
