Hello all. My names Caleb I'm from south ms and starting my first smoker build. I've been wanting to build one for several years and finally got around to it. I have plenty of welding experience and pretty good with fab work but not so good with pipe fitting so I'm looking forward to learning a lot from you guys in the days to come!

There is a lot of great information on this site to help you build your own rig. @daveomak is a treasure trove of knowledge in smoker builds.

I am using his plans to build my own 250 gal RF smoker this winter.
