Hey y'all,
I've googled some stuff before and used some threads on here for tips and tricks in the past, but finally decided to become a member.
Enjoying smoking on my new Oklahoma Joe's Highlander. I started out using a masterbuilt electric rig, which is how I got into smoking meat (probably the wrong way to start but it was cheap, what can I say?), and now just figuring out the whole charcoal deal. I've had much more successful briskets and ribs with my new setup.
I'm looking forward to what else is to come. I cant wait to learn more and keep improving my game.
I have a pork butt on right now though so I gotta go put another piece of wood on...CHEERS!
