Hello, My name is Jim Newman and I live in Marshall, Michigan. I use a charcoal and electric smoker and am going to build a wood smoker this Spring. I make sausage, smoked meats etc. I stumbled on your site looking for a jalapeno, cheese sausage recipe and found a great one! Will be trying that in the near future! Great resource thanks for allowing my participation!
