I'm new to the forum... I've been lurking on this site for a while so I figures I might as well get in on the action. I've been smoking for about 4 years now. Started when a friend from the military showed me how when I was in South Carolina... ended up becoming a hoobby. Started on a CharBroil side smoker. Now I have this baby (picture attached).
