Hi everyone I'm Tobe. Found this place while looking for tips and info on how to smoke. Got my first smoker as a Christmas gift from the inlaws this year and started using it immediately. I have a chargriller pro with a side fire box, been trying to make a few mods to it as I go along and see what needs to be fixed. I just started smoking meat for the first time a few weeks ago and love it! Always loved grilling and have been doing that since I was ten or eleven but just now learning to smoke. I've done a few chuck roasts and briskets but tonight was the first time I was able to pull the brisket. I've already learned a ton just using the search and look forward to learning more.
