I currently live in Des Moines, and will be moving back to WI sometime around May. I just bought a Smoke Vault today, this is not my first smoker but it is my first propane one. My previous ones include a brinkman electric, and a firebox style. I still have the brinkman but dont like the lack of controlls but got rid of the firebox when I left NC. I like to smoke trout, brisket, ribs, chops, jerky, and sausage(new to sausage).
