Hello all. I've been grilling for bout 20 years now(34 now, got started pretty young). Wife bought me a Weber Summit few years back and I love it. We live in PA and I grill year round. Lol love the looks I get when it's below zero and I got ol Bessie kicking out burgers. Anywho, I've used the Weber's built in smoke box for ribs and an annual brisket cookout, but would really love to finally build my own smokehouse. I tend to over plan so I will likely be hitting everyone up for some help here and there. Gonna try to put last summers brisket pic up. See yall soon
