New Guy to SMF..

Hi all this is Shawn from Wa. State.Im 39. New to the Smoking thing. Im maried 17 years three boys house all the good stuff that matters.I don't have a smoker as of right now but am building one out of a 80 Gal. hotwater heater. I'm thinking of a reverse smoker. I have smoked a butt before and it turned out ok. I work at Alcoa Wenatchee Works in Wenatchee Wa. I've been there for 13 years now. I like Hunting,fishing,camping BBQ/Smoking pretty much any thing to do with the outdoors.
