Hey, everyone. I have been lurking around this site for the past 3 or so years. I finally decided to join the conversation because, well, I lost one of my best team mates not to long ago, and he was my go to guy for smoking meat information/conversation. With his passing, I need someone (or many) to chat about bbq with. Well now that's out of the way, I am an electronic engineer by day, and smoker by night. I have been smoking food for just over 20 years now. The past 6 years my team and I have been competing all over the mid west. No big winners yet, but plenty of seconds and thirds over the years. I look forward to chatting, learning, and giving advice when I can.
